Review on Solsop Crimping Crimper Connectors Stripper by Nathan Skipper

Crimping tool and ends work very well. The tester does not. It turned out to be gross incompetence on the part of the operator. I contacted the seller and they were *very* responsive. They offered to send replacements immediately. When it arrived I replaced the battery with a new one and it didn't work either. The power indicator lights up, but the others do not. After some debugging I found that the battery is very low (4.5V) even though the power light is blinking. I thought it was new but obviously it wasn't. When I put in a new battery, which I found really good, both testers worked great. Yes, I feel stupid. But I am *very* happy with my relationship with Solsop and would not hesitate to buy from them again. If you have a problem, reach out to them and give them the opportunity to work with you to resolve the issue.
