They offered to send replacements immediately. When it arrived I replaced the battery with a new one and it didn't work either. The power indicator lights up, but the others do not. First, there are wire cutters that are very sharp and cut CAT5/5e accurately. Wire cutters are not designed to cut thick wire. Next come two wire strippers, one for round wire and one for flat wire.
