The ability to quickly build custom applications without having to hire an expensive consultant is great. I am able to use standard SAP templates to get started. There are a lot of options available to customize the application. It's easy to navigate and understand. Some of the features are very difficult to customize which causes issues when you need to do something that is not in the list of pre-defined options. If you want to build a quick application, this is a good option. We needed a way to help our customers access their account information and have it be secure so we could provide a better customer experience.
