Quick and easy connection
I used a 3/4" garden hose. The suction wasn't very good. Much better with 1/2" clear vinyl hose. Also, keep the suction hose no longer than 9 feet and keep the pump as low as possible. I used a Ryobi 18 volt cordless drill and it seemed to work fine for me. I've only used this pump for water so I don't know how it works with other liquids. It's made of good quality plastic and should hold up well.
