This device is not for me. It is kind of complicated and I think it's too big for my hand. This kind of device should be a easy to grab anytime and just exercise. This kind of exercise you can do with the rubber bands alone. I gave it away. I also bought something called fiddlelink to exercise just the fingers and it is really easy to use, but it is not exercising all the hand and arm muscles, so I am going to try the other device sold on amazon that you just put the fingers into a large piece of acrylic and squeeze it. Will see :)
