Review on Zircon MultiScanner Electronic Detection 72299 by Balthazar Cooper

I don't want to exaggerate but I have to say I have never been so disappointed with a product ordered from Revain. This product did not work in any way as advertised. With brand new batteries, he could barely see any studs on a single layer of drywall unless a deep scan was performed. On the double-layer panel on my garage roof, the deep scan could see absolutely nothing. As I moved the unit between racks, the AC warning kept blinking, even though the design of my house means I know for a fact that there is no AC power in the bays of the racks I was in. This product worked so badly that I actually took the batteries out and tested them with a volt meter thinking I put bad batteries in, no the product is just bad. The felt pads on the back that help it slide up the wall started peeling off after 5-10 minutes of use, even though the drywall has been treated and painted. The multi-sensor spike finder I bought from Costco 3 years ago for $30 outperformed this model in every way.
