Supplied in a ziplock bag with #6 screws. Clips are definitely mass-produced. Some have minor nicks or imperfections, and some have holes with extra material. It looks like some have very small metal shavings that didn't fully come off prior to electroplating. Since they are mostly used in secret, for example to attach a worktop to a table, coffee table, etc., I would not deduct a star for this. The clamps seem strong enough for the task and for the price this was a solid buy. A pack of 20 screw clips is enough for multiple projects and I am happy with it.
