This is the worst product I have ever bought. I gave this company 2 chances, I found the first one I bought was defective and I also missed the return window. Bought April 2020, sealed 65 pouches and no longer working. So I bought another one due to my stupid mistake! I bought this on September 8th, 2020 and it only has 32 packs. The pouches are made for soap, so I only seal them on one side. I followed all the instructions and it still doesn't work. I don't know who these companies are, not the days small businesses think they have money to just throw away on a defective product. I'm so pissed.
