My boyfriend bought me this picture frame as a Mother’s Day gift and I loved it for the 2 months that it worked, but unfortunately it completely stopped working at that point.So I called ebay and they sent me a replacement. The replacement didn’t work from the day I opened it and set it up. This one at least would turn on, but wouldn’t accept pictures to the frame at all even though I tried sending them both through the app on my phone and through email. For both methods it said it was successfully sent but never showed up on the frame, which clearly indicates the problem is the frame itself. I checked repeatedly and rebooted the frame several times. These frames are just cheap junk, and for $130 amazon should send a replacement or refund, but since it was outside of the 30 day time frame by the time I called to deal with it, I was out of luck.Definitely not worth $130 for a product that only worked for a couple months.
