I really like the look of this case and have learned to love the flip top style of the case as it has little material making it easier to hold and preventing the touch edges. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end for me. I use my cell phone a lot. It acts as my personal and work device. I often communicate with other employees, document things with notes and pictures and use many other ways. If the phone is not placed almost completely on the back, the cover opens by itself. When I use the wireless charging stand, the flip cover opens and stays open all night. The lid also blocks some of the rear cameras when fully open, requiring you to hold the lid to the side somewhere to take pictures, which can make it difficult for someone with shaky hands to get sharp shots. The window isn't customizable, and while it does show some notification icons, you can do whatever you want with it. Clicking on it will open the case, which will then ask you to unlock your phone to continue. Then why bother at all? Music controls are good, but there's nothing I haven't seen right on the lock screen in years. The massively raised camera offers little to no protection one would expect from such a thin body, but it's worth mentioning nonetheless. And I think it's overpriced, which matches the S20 Ultra I have. I thought I could learn to love this case and figured that the flip cover would loosen over time and stay closed on its own, but it actually got worse. . Only buy this if you absolutely love the look and don't care about anything else.
