I love this headset the sound quality is excellent but they say this headset is not loud enough. the same thing. I have contacted Turtle Beach to see if there will be firmware to fix this. If not I'll have to return them and go back to my Seven Pro headset which is a lot louder. All I can say is if you like a loud headset, just put it aside and see if they fix this problem people have when the volume isn't loud enough. Update: This isn't a low volume headset, it's a super amp that your headset plugs into. That's the problem. The amp won't let you go past a certain volume if you unplug your headset from the amp and plug it straight in. You can crank the volume up with the controller and it sounds great and the Elite TAC works with it and it's way better than that useless super amp . I hope this helps anyone having trouble with this headset.
