Two of these were installed within a few months and then I had to reconnect everything to my smart home platform when I installed a new router. After everything reconnects to the new router, they both randomly turn on and off at a specific time. You are COMPLETELY screwed up! One of them is so bad he goes into a constant spasm of noise, and my lights and fan go on and off like they're possessed by the devil. The remote control doesn't work, the smart home commands don't work, nothing works. I will replace it with another branded product. This is the second type of ceiling fan remote control I bought from Eogifee and the first type did the same. I thought it was a lemon but it's a brand. They produce no work products. I will never buy this brand again. They have no customer service and no guarantees so I'm stuck with 3 non-working overhead remotes that I spent $100 on.
