Have been having a lot of heel pain from increased activity on wood floor for martial arts. I ordered two so one leg wasn’t shorter and this create misalignment issues down the line. I still have heel pain after, but these make it possible to get through a couple hours of workout. Glad I stumbled on them and got two more so I can wash one and have the other ready to go.For sizing… definitely measure as directed. I’m at 8.25 on the high end of small (up to 8.5”), but I needed them right away for a testing so I got Medium the first time around as size Small was out of stock at the time. They worked fine for the time I needed, but they do stretch. The Small fit me more securely. Using the Medium for shorter workouts or is washing the other.Note: these only come singly, not as a pair. Pricey, but worth it.I also got their other heel cup inserts with same design tech for other shoes.
