Review on Dometic 385318162 Ball Shaft Cartridge by Michael Hellewell

This part is for metal pedal toilet only. If you have a plastic pedal you will need to order part 385310683. I installed this part and after the 2nd flush it broke. I emailed the manufacturer and they responded below. Now I have to pay the other part. I wish they would say that in the description. It looks like you are using the wrong spring cartridge.
