Does not stick well, but sticks to itself, ambient moisture peels off, and then it becomes sticky again as it moves through moisture! It is poorly cut with bare hands, breaking off in the middle and turning into two segments of any width. It might be good for indoors, but it's not reliable for outdoor and precision work.
