Was happy to receive and try this broom! It was odd that the box contained packing tape and a strip of duct tape. . . The handle was of good quality and the parts are screwed tight. He unfolded the broom's head, and inside was another human and dog hair! ROUGH! Planned to contact the seller with photos and ask for a discount. I understand that sellers should resell returned items, but YOU SHOULD CHECK THEM CAREFULLY FIRST! After taking pictures I tried attaching the broom head to the handle to test it BUT CAN'T marry her! Male and female threaded parts are completely different - the handle is conical while the broom head is cylindrical. The item should now be a full refund. This is the worst Revain experience I have ever had. The broom seems to be of good quality, but the seller does not have enough time. I hope I don't have to fight too hard for a refund or exchange. It's a shame to spend so much time on it! (And I marked the whole box with black marker so they can't resell it, ahani! LOL!)
