Used on the HP 1200 printer. After about six to eight weeks of printing at home (not difficult), I get an error message about checking the printer's ink cartridge. Removing and reinserting the cartridge sometimes extends the life of the cartridge. Internet research shows that the HP printer has an electronic feature that recognizes a third-party cartridge and issues an error message. This is problematic and may be fixable. The ridiculous price of HP ink cartridges leads to repeat purchases of this cheaper but useful option. You are your own judge.
