Products are coated with paraffin oil which smells very strongly of diesel fuel. I soaked them in detergent overnight which cleaned the outside but all the holes, some threaded, are still filled with smelly, oily/waxy dirt. They still fill the room with a smell of diesel. I was going to use them to stabilize parts when gluing when building a model, but I can't use them for fear of contaminating my parts with oil. I'll probably have to buy some industrial solvent to saturate the blocks and then try to use a wire brush to get the dirt out of the holes. How painful. I would buy from another seller.
