SEEMS to be of good quality. But the seller never answered my question: What insert # is needed? If you are selling a cutter with a standard insert, you MUST state what INSERT the cutter is for. I received a vague reply from the seller, but it was just a general sales story repeated without mentioning the service required for this cutter.
