My 2 year old loves to play outside in the sun but dislikes wearing most hats especially wide brimmed sun hats . So we needed something he wanted to wear. Airplanes were more fun and it worked! He loves this hat! We also live in Texas, so it's very hot here. This cap is the lightest cap I've seen with lots of impact properties. He took off his hat and was drenched in sweat. No longer! And the price is right too. I love this hat!
