Review on Powell Furniture 16C2000 Barney Accent by Mary Freedom

I really like this cute table. I took the glass lid out of the box and it was in perfect condition, well packaged. As I pulled the bear out of the box, I noticed that small pieces had fallen out. The claws on the bear's paw were broken. Examining it, I noticed other small pieces/chips that weren't completely broken off, just hanging around the edge. This resulted in stains on the bear as it is stained with resin. I used a black marker to paint over the broken areas and it only shows if you look closely. But I know it's there and it worries me. Also, I paid full price for the damaged item. I'm keeping it because I'm concerned the next one might arrive in the same or worse condition. Too bad they didn't pack the bear as well as the glass lid.
