Early Break Down PV-D4762 DVD/VCR Combo

I just bought this unit and only used it for 2 weeks when it didn't accept VCRs. If you insert them, they will be ejected immediately and not loaded. Now I have to send the device in the mail for repairs. While it worked, I don't think the VCR was as good as many Panasonic VCRs I have or have had in the past. The recordings on the EP are a bit snowy even if they were recorded by Direct TV. I also had trouble playing a tape recorded on another Panasonic VCR. I don't know if this is a reflection of this particular device or a reflection of this model. This is the first new VCR to break in such a short amount of time, having owned dozens of VCRs from the 80's.

Pros
  • Ideal for a small home
Cons
  • Older model
