I had read other reviews so I was warned that the small rubber tank door could open and that I had to hold the sprayer over or near a window for it to work properly. . I did this by tying two elastics in loops (you can cut them off a disposable covid mask and tie a knot in them, or use elastics or velcro) and place them on the handle to secure the door. Of course, it would be nice if the manufacturer or seller provided tape or made the door more solid, but that's easy enough to fix. Worked great. The combination of pad and scraper did the trick and left me clean windows!
