The concept is very clear and easy to implement. Also it's quite customizable so one could be able to make their own changes according to his/her need. It’s not as user-friendly as some other solutions out there but that also gives more freedom to customise what needs to be done. They are currently working on improving its UI which will include better search functionality and sorting of reports to ease navigation through them. Some features seem to have been left behind compared to competitors. To get good results with this software requires skilled users who know how to customize everything. The ability to work with multiple suppliers and have a system that provides visibility for invoicing and billing is great. In my opinion, there is nothing I dislike about this system. I would like to see a little more customisation of the system. I would like to see the ability to create my own fields for invoices and bills. The system is very good at collecting data and providing reports.
