I like the ability to get in touch with the right people at Hay. They are very responsive and they don't waste my time with useless information. I dislike that it is not super easy for me to just reach out to someone without having to go through an agency first. It makes it difficult to keep track of all your leads and opportunities. If you need help reaching out to qualified candidates quickly. This is the best place to do it. The benefits have far outweighed the downsides so far for us. We have been able to find great candidates that would otherwise have been lost in the shuffle.
