I like the ability to get in touch with the right people at Hay. They are very responsive and they don't waste my time with useless information. I dislike that it is not super easy for me to just reach out to someone without having to go through an agency first. It makes it difficult to keep track of all your leads and opportunities. I like most that they have an app which helps manage my schedule well as it allows me keep track of candidates who are coming into meet with potential customers for interviews or sales calls at short notice without leaving home (which is really important when working from home). Also very easy going team members so far!
