The customer support team is very responsive to our needs when we have questions or issues with their product. They are also quick at responding requests via Twitter/Facebook from customers that need assistance right away! We use this software in conjunction wtih an app called "TableMate" which helps us manage reservations by allowing guests to add themselves directly into tables without having access through another website such as Open Tables (where they would be charged). This saves time & money while ensuring all of your guest's information remains private within one place only accessible if you choose so yourself. Being able to see what has been booked already vs being open allows me to quickly identify any possible conflicts before I even make my own booking - saving both myself AND them precious minutes waiting around just hoping there isn't anyone else who wants it first. It can sometimes feel like some features don’t work perfectly but overall its pretty great!! Our restaurant was using several different apps previously including Op.
