Great reservations app with great customer support

The customer support team is very responsive to our needs when we have questions or issues with their product. They are also quick at responding requests via Twitter/Facebook from customers that need assistance right away! We use this software in conjunction wtih an app called "TableMate" which helps us manage reservations by allowing guests to add themselves directly into tables without having access through another website such as Open Tables (where they would be charged). Great Restaurant POS Software for Servers, Hosts & Diners

I like that there is so much customization available to make it as simple or complex of an interface you'd want! There are some features they need in order to be able to expand their product line beyond just tableside service. If those options were implemented then this would easily become my favorite restaurant software because everything works well together seamlessly - from reservations through payments/credit card processing all with one platform.
