i will be using these ice bolts on a 1984 honda atc 200es for ice fishing. arrived quickly and very sharp! i have 500 pieces of 3/8 ordered ". My rear tires are Blackwaters, basically the tread pattern on tractor tires! The front is just a standard bump. I wasn't sure what size to go with, so I played it safe and went with 3/8 inch. They are very easy to install if you have a 1/4" socket and a drill/percussion tool to install them. . They screw in very easily and definitely hold on! I tried pulling 1 out with pliers and it didn't budge! Not saying I put all 240 pounds of my weight in it, but more than enough to test her grip! I'll only use the ice fishing machine when the snow isn't too deep, so I'm not too worried about it. The tips are definitely sharp enough for traction on ice and snow! How long they last, time and use will be the final judge as there is no snow and ice in my area yet. Overall I'm very happy with these cleats and I'm sure they will hold up great. I can even order more for my boots! Definitely recommend these tire and boot spikes!
