I am requesting a refund and I will not be returning the item because I have to climb a ladder to get it from the tree and I have an injured knee and I can't do and no one is here who could do it for me. Depending on your tree, you will need to plan its anchoring as it will lean to one side. I had to add wire to attach it to the four branches in front, back and both sides, then everything was fine. Also, to change the head-up display, you have to remove it, unscrew the top, and physically change the display to the one you want. It doesn't do it automatically and it's very inconvenient. Only plan one show per year.
