Review on StarTech Com 10Gbps Single Bay Dock SATA by Efraine Cruise

I had a previous model of this fan dock but it was only USB 2.0 and I seem to have had major problems with my new PC which all had USB 3.1 ports. . So I bought this hoping it would be more compatible and it is. It works as it should. I'm a small fan, but modern drives and SSDs are so weak that they only stay cool outdoors. I have no problem inserting discs as another reviewer mentioned. 3.5" or 2.5" fit without problems. Also, StarTech support was very quick and helpful when I was trying to fix an issue with my previous docking station.
