I'm having problems connecting to the network and the sound card. Neither the ASUS software nor Win 10 recognized the built-in network or sound card. After about 10 emails, online chats and a phone call, Asus said it was a hardware issue and suggested I return it. It was the same with the second. Correction? I first installed a copy of Win 10 2016 from the original CD and it had no drivers to connect to the network. I downloaded a newer version of Win 10 (download from Microsoft, free, the key from the old disk works) and everything went fine from then on. Network hardware was supported by newer drivers. I spent 15-20 hours and waited a week for a replacement board. frustration and wasted time. ASUS tech support is absolutely useless. You'd think they would have seen the problem sooner. After all this the board is functional and working as expected.
