Review on Bernette 05 Academy Sewing Machine by Tara Ford

At first I thought this machine was a good price. It's a bit noisy and clunky compared to my old car, but for a cheaper car I wasn't expecting it to be great. I find the "automatic" needle threader completely useless; It's much easier to just fill it by hand as the mechanism is fiddly and requires a lot of maneuvering to get it in the right position. The worst thing is that the buttonhole maker doesn't work at all. I set it up exactly as instructed and it fails every time. I've looked online for help but Burnett is extremely unhelpful and only recommends taking it to a technician for repair.
