After years of bartending, I'm a bar rag guy! With a stack this big in my kitchen, I'm prepared for anything. They are absorbent and durable. I still use paper towels for clutter, but for almost everything else. Drying hands, holding hotplates or pans, stabilizing cutting boards. and oh yes, drying dishes, pots and pans. They don't have a pattern or pattern so I can bleach the hell of them on wash day. They hold up well and at this price if they start looking a little shabby I can just hit the reorder button on Amazon. This is victory.
