I ordered the AUV10AWHT Aurora Mini having used a larger house for the past 2 years (we love the larger sizes). Despite our kid's small room, starting at 45-50% humidity, when we run the mini at night, starting at full power and running at minimum power, it runs out of water before 9am. Typically, running a machine without water causes minerals to build up in wet machines, making them difficult to clean and potentially inoperable. If you want to set the machine 1x/night or 1x/weekday, the mini size is too small in my opinion. In addition, of course, the holes of the Mini are very small compared to the large format, which has a transparent bottom and large holes that facilitate cleaning, and cleaning tools cannot reach the large format to clean the inside or through the main passage tube. Unlike the larger one, you can't see through the bottom of the water tank, making it difficult to spot cleanliness issues.
