Okay I have to admit I wasn't entirely sure at first if it would work when the neighbor suggested it. I am 68 years old and started getting pain in my right arm. The ring finger in particular could not bend more than 45 degrees, it was very swollen and painful. After wearing these things for about a week, I felt some relief.
