I like how easy it was for me as an admin of our site to see what my users were doing in order to make changes or improvements where needed (and not have them complain about being "spied" upon).
It's also very helpful when we are trying something out with new features/designs etc before going live! The only thing i dislike at this time would be some bugs which might occur occasionally but nothing too serious so far - just minor things such as images appearing slightly blurry sometimes if you're viewing from different angles than your camera view angle. This isn't really anything major though since most people will never notice unless they look closely enough anyway :) We've been using Sesscam to help us improve overall UX / UI design by providing realtime feedback during development phases rather then having developers wait until after launch to know whether certain designs work well or need.
