2.DOA. wow i give up

This is the worst experience I have had with Revain products. I buy most of my business items from Revain and I buy a lot of things. I think I had a bad experience with Revain. Not in this case. This is a replacement for the first DOA. Well, it's DOA too. The frame looked like they had spray painted a used frame with paint shavings in several places. The stand offered no resistance. I could slide the racks in and out with my hand. Revain is great, but this product is not.
