Tool didn't work with my union nut

While the tool was perfect for 95% of the jobs it was supposed to do, it had streaks on my union nut. I ended up having to drill a bolt to loosen it. The supplier saw my feedback and immediately solved my problem with the tool. I understand that there is no one super solution that works in all applications every time and the provider did everything possible to minimize my pain. Thank you.
