Review on SCHRAIBERPUMP Submersible EXCLUSIVE Protection Impregnated Rough Plumbing by Carlos Whitfield

I replaced a pump that had been in use since 1992. I saw good reviews about this pump so I decided to try it. What a big mistake. The straps that hold the wiring are too small, we're made of flimsy steel that sticks out so much that it was difficult to get it into a 4" hole. After it was finally installed I turned on the water and found that it had only 75% drain than the previous pump, same capacity, same gallons per hour. After turning it off and on again to water the garden again, I found that the check valve was not working. I called the dealer and they told me to start losing its colors. Long story short the pump only lasted a year or so months so it was replaced with an American pump which I'm finally happy with.
