I like that it's very easy to use, both as an individual or within our larger organization. It is intuitive and is quickly adopted by people who are used to more traditional ERP systems. The fact that we can customize many screens so they reflect what we need makes this a great fit in my opinion. We were able to take some basic functions such as cost coding into Backbone without spending additional time customizing them after implementation. This made us feel confident that we would have good returns on investment. As a whole, it has been easy to train anyone about how to navigate through Backbone. We've also taken advantage of their support team which really helps when you're stuck!
