does not work, right out of the box. Lever does not lock when pressed. Didn't realize warranty issues MUST be handled through the manufacturer (not Revain) which makes me wonder how long I'll go without toast :-/ UPDATE: Black and Decker require me to cut off the end of the cord and post it to them by mail at my expense, along with a receipt to cover the cost of shipping another toaster of YOUR CHOICE and "unlikely to be the same as currently out of stock". In the end it's another half of what I paid for this toaster to get a "warranty" replacement. Completely unacceptable. I will never buy from Black & Decker again. Buyers be careful. At least it's beautiful. Will be updated when fixed.
