Easy to use! best in my review

it’s easy to use, i have bad knees & an injured back so these excercises are easier on my body than runnning & jumping. i can also take this with me on the go.

This was recommended to me by a friend who recently purchased it as well. I’m looking to start working out and getting in shape in general. I had my third child in August and am 40 years old, my time is limited and I love that I can use this anywhere and travel with it as well.
