Media could not be loaded. I've tried EVERYTHING - muscle relaxants, chiropractor 3 times a week for 2 months, weekly massage. Until Covid shut it down. Since November I have had severe upper back and shoulder pain to the point where I have had difficulty sleeping. I suspect it was years of using the computer with my desk set up incorrectly. MUCH EASIER than using a tennis ball on the wall/floor, it couldn't hit my shoulder blades where most of my pain was, just as I hit the front of my body where everything connects: deltoid and subscapularis. .It took literally 10 seconds to drop as you can see in my video. Easy to set up and fits most doors. I just leave it on my bedroom frame and tuck it underneath to remind myself to use it every time I enter my room. I love that it comes with a hot roller and a cold roller, I especially like the warm option for deep penetration. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
