This was the second TESmart Dual Monitor KVM I bought and really wanted to like it but couldn't. After connecting two monitors, one randomly went black and flickered every now and then. This happened almost daily. Even when switching to a second PC, the picture often looked pixelated. I've tried swapping cables and monitors but the same issues persist. When I uninstalled TESmart KVM and connected the cables directly from my PC to the monitor, the problems went away. I really liked the functionality of TESmart KVM and I still need a dual monitor KVM, but I will most likely consider another product now.
