No more switching between computers

This product worked well for the first few months. Sometimes when I switched between devices, one of the USB ports would not stay active. I overcame this by shutting down and re-enumerating the USB ports. Recently, the shift key stopped working. It's quite difficult to switch between devices if the switch doesn't work. I expect over 3 months of work from something like this.

Product died after 4 months of use

I bought and installed this product and it worked, but the quality isn't the best either. But today it died after 4 months of use. The company does not provide technical support. .Not recommended, waste of money.

Doesn't do anything it's supposed to do.

I had high hopes for this switch. Oh, it just doesn't work. After an hour of setup, both of my computers can't see my monitors or my keyboard and mouse. Tried different mice, different keyboards, nothing works. Also, there are no support options. This is a Chinese company that does not offer any support on their website or anywhere else. I contacted their US dealer who said they couldn't help me because I didn't buy the product from them. Huge waste of time and I'm returning it.

No video - never - no tech support ever

No video - never - no tech support ever No video ever contacted tech support, never a reply. Both laptops think they have monitors attached. The signals don't seem strong enough for Samsung monitors. Both wireless and wired keyboards will work. Complete disappointment. I really liked the case design. No square body. I couldn't find any drivers to solve the problem.

Arrived quickly, easy to assemble, works great!

I was very happy when the TESmart Dual Monitor KVM Mixer arrived. Since my wife and I work remotely, we needed a quick way to switch between work and home computers while using two monitors at the same time. What I liked about the TESmart box we bought was the different monitor cable configurations. I looked at our configurations and settled on the HDMI/DP combo. Really wanted to but couldn't

This was the second TESmart Dual Monitor KVM I bought and really wanted to like it but couldn't. After connecting two monitors, one randomly went black and flickered every now and then. This happened almost daily. Even when switching to a second PC, the picture often looked pixelated. I've tried swapping cables and monitors but the same issues persist.
