. This was my second order of this razor through Revain. The first one I bought just randomly turned on and wouldn't turn off no matter what I did. The only thing I could do was put it on a soft surface outside of the room and let it vibrate until it died. I thought it was an accident or a defective product so I tried charging it again but it happened the next day. Revain picked it up and sent me a new one. The new one started to work better and didn't have this problem until about 6 months later (out of warranty to be exact) when it started doing the same thing as the first one. I let it run until it died and when I charged it back up it seemed to work. In the last few months this has happened rather randomly. In most cases I was actually able to turn it off. When I was at work today it finally turned on again and fell off the sink and I found it in two pieces on the bathroom floor with the main piece still vibrating. I do not recommend risking this electric shaver as it is a major pain in the neck.
