Review on 🔧 Lower O-Ring for Fuel Tool EFI Check Valve MC200-5 by Matt Wigfall

I removed the tank from my 2005 Road King to install rocker locks. When I reassembled it gas was leaking from the eccentric. After researching online I figured if I replaced 2 of the 3 o-rings in this fitting I could fix the leak for a hell of a lot less than a Harley dealer would steal from me. So I bought these o-rings as well as the hose that goes over the plug. It works but it took a while. Silicone lube is a must. It took me 3 attempts. First time I thought it was seated but when I connected the fitting I cut 30% of the o-ring off and it spurted gas, big time. You may think you have it, but you'd better check and be absolutely sure. I used my phone's camera to take pictures with flash. Finally, with some pressure on the ring, I inserted it into the groove around the entire circumference. I tested the high rosette fit. So, I've pressure tested it and so far it's working, but I have a lingering concern. Why? Because these O-rings are a bit thinner than my original ring. Same diameter but thinner.
