and it annoyed AF when I tried to use google maps on mine.
The tip of my trusty accessory cable somehow ripped off my machine's accessory port and I literally gave up on it. No streaming music or podcasts during my long drive and AF was annoying when trying to use Google Maps on my phone. This was a quick fix for replacing the port, which seemed like a better plan than anything else I found via google (including drills, magnets, superglue on Qtip, etc.). We removed the back of my console, opened and unplugged the old aux port, and plugged in the new one. Works like new!
