The ease of use! I can't think about anything at this point - it's great from A-Z with everything you could possibly want as an employer/candidate searching out talent. There is nothing we dislike so far; however there are some things which may be improved but not enough room here for me to list them all (maybe later?). This tool has been life changing when looking through resumes online versus hiring someone locally who knows us well personally by seeing their resume first hand before even going into our office. It makes finding candidates much easier than ever!!
